How to Request a Refund

We will confirm your refund request within 1–2 business days and initiate the refund through Paddle, our payment processor.

The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Eligibility

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your data, but paid features will be disabled. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the current period unless you are within the 30-day refund window.
