If you're not satisfied with Sicada for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your data, but paid features will be disabled. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.
Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the current period unless you are within the 30-day refund window.
