Sicada is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software application operated by Nazih Annous, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Our service allows shop owners to manage products, process sales, track inventory, and manage their team through a web-based application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sicada. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Paddle's terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Sicada. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will aim to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sicada and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
