From the order to the door
- Take the order — toggle Delivery on any counter sale, or share your online ordering link.
- Get the details — name, phone, a full address (street, building, apartment, floor, entrance) and a map pin.
- Add the fee — pick a named delivery zone or use a single flat fee, added automatically, no distance calculation.
- It becomes a sale — the order lands in your regular sales history immediately, tagged online or counter.
- Track the delivery status — New, Preparing, Ready, Out for Delivery, Delivered, or Cancelled.
Online ordering
Share one link and customers browse your menu, build an order, and submit their delivery details from their phone. The order appears in Sicada as a real sale, tagged Online Order, in the same status board your staff already use. Payment works the way it already does today: customers pay when the order arrives, in cash or by card on your own terminal — Sicada records the sale, it doesn't process the card itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take delivery orders in Sicada?
Yes. Toggle Delivery on any sale at the counter, or share your online ordering link so customers can order directly. Both create a real sale that moves through the same status board.
Does Sicada track delivery drivers with GPS?
No. Sicada keeps a list of your drivers so you can assign one to each order, and staff can drop a map pin for the delivery address — but there's no live GPS tracking of a driver's location.
How do delivery fees and zones work?
Set one flat delivery fee for every order, or create named zones, each with its own fee. There's no distance-based pricing to configure.
Is delivery available on the Free plan?
Delivery and online ordering are available on the Pro plan. The Free plan covers counter sales for up to 5 tables and 1 user.
